3 bars chocolate, melted
1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 bar chocolate, chopped
1. Place a pot on the stove over medium heat, add olive oil or coconut oil. Add chocolate and keep over heat until melted. Stir continuously.
2. Once melted, remove from heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour melted chocolate and spread until evenly distributed.
3. Top with pomegranate seeds and chocolate pieces. The place in the freezer to set.
4. Let set for at least one hour. Once set, break into pieces. Leave in the freezer until you're ready to eat.
